• Mixing fertilizer (dry and some liquids)
• Operating skid steer loader
• Equipment maintenance
• Plant maintenance
• Delivery of products

• Valid Driver’s license
• D-Z license (asset)
• Forklift, propane license (asset but can provide training)
• Familiarity with fertilizer and chemicals
• Good customer relations skills
• Flexibility to work long hours and weekends during busy season
• Ability to fix and repair fertilizer equipment
• Long term team player
